How to raise a grievance?
If the client has any grievance, they shall follow the steps enlisted below:
- Mail us the grievance to investorgrievances@mangalkeshav.com with details such as Client Code, Name, PAN, Address etc.
- They shall also include a comprehensive write-up on the origination of the grievance
- As the mail is recieved by us, we shall look into the subject matter and raise a ticket for future references
- The communication shall be handled by mail as well as through call with regards to the resolution of grievance.
How to track the status of the complaint?
If the client wishes to track the status of their complaint, they shall follow the steps enlisted below:
- The client has to preserve the ticket number that was shared at the time of grievance generation
- They shall mail us asking for an update or alternatively call us on 022-6190 7958
If you are not happy with the grievance redressal by us, you may also file your complaint online at https://smartodr.in/login and follow the steps enlisted below:
a. Register on SMARTODR portal by filling the following:
- Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- PAN Number
- State
- City
- Pincode
- Residential Address
Once you have filled in these details correctly, you will be required to enter the password to create your account. After entering the relevant details and clicking on the Proceed button, you will receive an email on the registered email address with a link to verify your account.
b. After Logging into your respective account, you may "Raise a Dispute" only if it has already being raised with us.
c. The complaint can be easily tracked through SmartODR Portal
